Sarah Lipp was our agent and she did an amazing job selling our condo at Lake Ozark, Mo and helping us find just the right home.
She was always available for all of our crazy questions and better yet knew the answers. She also was available anytime we wanted to see a property Sarah is present and very pleasant. She is extremely knowledgeable in real estate law which was a huge benefit.

About 10 years ago, during a time when the residential real estate market wasn't selling well and after having 3 months of almost no activity with a different local real estate company, we contacted Debbie to sell our home. Within 3 weeks, during the Christmas holiday season, we had an acceptable offer on our home and took it.
During May 2022, we listed our new home with another local real estate company (a friend, not Debbie Richardson) with only 3 showings in 2 months we took the house off the market.
In May of 2023 we decided to again list the house for sale - this time with Debbie. On the second day the house was on the market we had 2 full price - cash offers! SOLD.
This could be just good luck, great timing, better market conditions - who knows?
But, Debbie has made things happen both times for us.
Courteous, professional and apparently quite knowledgeable of the real estate market in the Ozark Lake area.
